For our company in Pécs, Hungary, we are looking for a Simulation Engineet Team Leader to lead and strengthen our existing simulation team supporting FOSS Product Innovation. You will help us develop world leading instruments from concept until release to production and sales. Being first and best takes something extra. As a simulation team manager, you play a central role in the development process and you will get unique opportunity to further develop the competences in a newly established simulation team. The simulation team in Pécs is expected to grow over the next years and you will play an important role in driving this expansion. The tasks come from FOSS in Denmark and China and will be closely coordinated with the simulation team leader in Denmark. You will report to management in Soft Flow.
The job will involve both managing the team and doing simulations on your own to the extent possible. Other important aspects of the job include ensuring the quality of the simulations, documentation and communication of the results. There will be frequent visits to the R&D department in Hillerød, Denmark to get a visual and hands-on understanding of the problems and discuss the tasks with the task owners.

What is expected of the candidate
The preferred candidate holds a degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant field and has experience in some of the following:
- Structured and process-oriented work approach
- Experience in leading a team of skilled people
- Very good communication skills
- English language at a high level is required
- +3 years of working with simulations fulltime
- Experience with CFD and/or FEA
- Experience with CAD e.g. Autodesk Inventor
