There is a new food science conference in town, and we hope you want to join.
The first Food Analytics Conference will take place on 26 November 2020 in Copenhagen, Denmark.The conference is the first of its kind and will hone in on research leading to significant breakthroughs in the application of analytical technologies. Research, which furthers improvements in sustainability, quality and safety in food production.
Food Analytics Conference will be a full day conference with presentations for which abstracts are invited (see Call for Papers). Further, last year’s Nils Foss Excellence Prize winner, professor David Julian McClements and talent prize winner, assistant professor Qian Janice Wang, will give keynotes at the conference.

Following the conference, the Nils Foss Excellence Prize consisting of €100,000 will be awarded to a scientist, who has shown excellent innovative research within the food and agricultural sciences. Further, a prize will be awarded to an upcoming talent.
