Our current Leadership & Talent Manager is moving abroad, so we are now looking for a new L&T Manager to drive this strategic focus area for FOSS
What can you expect?
One of FOSS’s values is people. Hence, providing career opportunities is part of our DNA and we have a target of filling at least 50% of vacant leadership positions with internal talents. Further, we are on a journey of transforming leadership competencies and culture.
As Leadership & Talent Manager, you will design and deliver leadership and talent development – in close collaboration with your colleagues in HR. Your job will be gathering inspiration and designing new programs that enable our leaders and talents to unfold their full potential but also delivering existing high-impact programs.
In FOSS we are firm believers in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Our latest survey on this shows that we are on a very high level. In addition to your T&L role, you will be leading our DEI initiatives.
Reporting to the SVP of HR, you will be part of our Global HR team which counts a team of dedicated HR employees in Denmark, Poland, Hungary, US, and China, working with all aspects of HR – from employer branding, recruitment, leadership development to labor law, and compensation and benefit.
Who are you?
You have experience in designing and leadership & talent programs. The most important is though that you’re not afraid to take on a challenge. To be successful in the role, you should have a good mix of up-to-date expertise, a hands-on approach, and a genuine interest in developing people.
You need to be energized by what adds value to the business and is effectful and care less about fancy “wrapping”. We are looking for someone with a pragmatic approach and a drive to get things moving.
We expect you to come with relevant experience from a similar position or from consulting. Your background could also be some years' experience as HR Business Partner - if you have experience running / facilitating leadership and talent development programs.
The role is global, so you should be good at building relationships across the organization. The business language is English, so we expect you to speak and write English at an advanced level. It is preferable if you also speak and write Danish.
